If you have a slow
computer or if you just want to be sure you are
protected when surfing the Internet, then you should
keep reading. Don't think this guide is not for you,
because it is. This guide will take you through the
steps to getting a faster and cleaner computer.
If your computer seems slower now than it was a few
months or years ago, trust me when I say that you
are not alone! This is the number one complaint I
hear from my friends and neighbors. Many people just
get tired of it and buy a new computer! However,
before you throw your pc out to the curb, please
read on.
My name is Jamie Ratliff and I spent over ten years
as a professional computer guru. I know that most
people don't know everything about computers, nor do
they want to be a computer geek. After years of
fielding questions from coworkers, friends, and
family I decided to come up with a list of the exact
techniques I personally use to keep my computer
running smoothly.
I created a guide that
anybody can use to easily perform routine maintenance on
their computers. We all know that our cars need to have
the oil changed every so often, because it reduces the
sludge and nasty buildup that can affect performance.
Well, our computers have the same problem! After a
months or years of use, they tend to collect "sludge" in
different places that can slow their performance. Many
people end up taking their computer to an expensive
service shop, or even worse, they just get fed up and
buy a new computer! The guide is in Adobe PDF format, so
you can read it on the screen, or even print it out and
read it on paper.
